Emma Pedder - Manageress

Emma has been in the industry for over 20 years. After being a familiar face at the Boatyard for a number of years, in December 2009 Emma took on the role of manageress.  with her Helpful and friendly personality, Emma and her team are on hand make sure you have a great time when visiting  us at the Boatyard.

Michael Dixon – Team leader.

Micheal is a well travel young man who has been in the industry now for 7 years, having skills in both the kitchen and front of house, he is  a very polite and  professional team member .

Mick Fish - Head Chef

Mick joined in October 2007 and since then has transformed the kitchen team and the quality of food. After 18 years of cooking he is still passionate about creating new dishes for our menu and daily specials board. His style of cooking fits well within The Boatyard offering great english dishes.
