Scott has worked in the hotel and catering industry for a number of years in various restaurants and also has a strong commercial background. A strong leadership management style ensures the service; food, drink and rooms are of the highest standard.
Emma Peddar
Emma is instrumental in the day to day running of the restaurant. With years of experience Emma has worked in restaurants throughout Lancashire.
Mick Fish - Head Chef
Mick joined in October 2007 and since then has transform the kitchen team and quality the food. After 18 years of cooking he is still passionate about creating new dishes for out menu and daily specials. His style of cooking fits well within The Boatyard offering good English classics dishes.
